Jenna is a firm believer that you should lean into anything that scares you. After years of training in dance, CrossFit, powerlifting, kickboxing and most importantly spin, she finally decided to take the plunge and become an instructor and focus on what she loves (other than her dog Brooklyn).

Expect to get comfortable with feeling uncomfortable (in the best way possible). The more we believe in ourselves, the easier it gets to breakthrough when things get tough. This class is about showing up, having fun, working hard, and feeling the difference. Jenna loves gritty beats, heavy climbs, and intervals that will leave you breathless! With a mix of hip hop, EDM, and pop remixes, her classes will have you smiling, sweaty, feeling strong, and ready to hit it harder the next class.
