RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY
You must purchase Spin Society rides before you can reserve a spot in a class. Drop-in spots are subject to availability. Reserved spots are given away 5-minutes before class to those standing by on the waitlist.
No spots left up for grabs? No worries, we have an active 10-spot waitlist for every ride. Jump on the waitlist and watch your email closely for confirmation that you’ve made it in. If you make it off the waitlist, the cancellation policies still apply.
Rides can be cancelled up to 8 hours before the scheduled start time. Once the 8-hour limit has passed, the ride credit cannot be returned to your account. For clients using ride credits, the ride credit used to make the reservation will be lost. For clients with an unlimited Society Pass option, a $10.00 fee will be charged to your credit card on file at the time of the late cancellation or no-show. Please take this cancellation policy into account when booking your weekly rides in advance!
All riders with Society-Six, Society-Select or regular ride credits can reserve spots online up to 7 days in advance. All riders with Society Prime passes can reserve spots online up to 10 days in advance.
All prices are in CAD dollars and do not include GST unless otherwise noted. Prices may change without notice. The Society Passes activate from the date of first use! When you book your first class using a new Pass, that becomes the activation date and the billing cycle begins. You will be asked to sign a liability waiver form upon checking in for your first ride. A mandatory waiver must be signed by a parent/guardian in studio for riders under the age of 18 to take a class at Spin Society.
