RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

You gotta pay to play. Ride credits must be purchased before you can reserve a spot. Drop-ins are subject to availability. Reserved spots are given away 5-minutes before rides to those standing by on the waitlist.

WAITLIST

No bikes left? Next time, book earlier. You know you can book up to 7 days in advance, right? All jokes aside, we have an active waitlist for every ride so hop on the waitlist. Then all you do is watch your email closely for confirmation that you’ve made it in! If you make it off the waitlist, the cancellation policies still apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Rides can be cancelled up to 8 hours before the scheduled start time. Once the 8-hour limit has passed, any cancellation or no-show would incur penalty fees. For riders using ride credits, a $15.75 penalty fee will be charged to your credit card on file at the time of the late cancellation or no-show, but the ride credit used to make the reservation will be returned to your account. For clients with monthly recurring memberships, a $15.75 fee will be charged to your credit card on file at the time of the late cancellation or no-show.

All riders with monthly recurring memberships or regular ride credits can reserve spots online up to 7 days in advance.

THE FINE PRINT

All prices are in CAD dollars and do not include GST unless otherwise noted. Prices subject to change without notice. The Society Passes activate from the date of purchase! The Pass will renew automatically on the activation date every month unless cancelled at least one day prior to the next renewal date.
